In my article titled “Commercial Aphorisms” I wrote 16 items that I think are important for success in entrepreneurship. I got more feedback on this article than usual. That’s why I realized that I made the right points. This feedback inspired the idea of examining some of the subjects in the content, which I had to mention briefly. As the first topic, I wanted to investigate “Company Culture.”
Before we examine the subject, let’s explain what company culture means.
Institutions, like people and societies, have a purpose for existence. In addition, institutions have their perspectives on business life, values, principles, and in short, their characteristics. Company culture is the beliefs, understanding, and rules shared by all employers from top to bottom.
What Creates Company Culture?
Corporates are living organisms. Like all living things, they are born, grow and die. Just like humans, they have their unique characters. Just as many genetic, environmental, and internal variables are influential in the formation of a person’s character, we can talk about a similar situation for companies. So, what is effective in the shape of the cultures of the institutions?
